Germany’s top court has asked Facebook to comply with the country’s antitrust watchdog to curb data collection from users. The move is seen as a setback for the US social network company that could set a wider precedent. Explaining the decision, the lead judge said that there was no serious doubt that Facebook had a dominant market position in Germany.
